TARTEK OY MECHANICAL SEALS FOR MORE THAN 30 YEARS
TARTEK OY has been specialised on developeing, manufacturing and marketing TARTEK- mechanical seals. The company has grounded in 1978 and we have been developeing different kind of TARTEK mechanical seals over than 30 years at Rauma, Finland. TARTEK -mechanical seals We produce easy fitted cartridge TARTEK general and tailor-made mechanical seals. In our product range there are different kind of TARTEK rubber bellow-, metall bellow- and acid seals. We produce also mechanical seals according to different standards and we have equivalent mechanical seals to other producers.	Seals' sizes are from 10-400 mm. Metal parts are often either AISI 316 or AISI 329. In Sliding faces are used tested Silicon Carbide, Tungsten Carbide or different kind of Carbon grades. We are also manufacturing mechanical seals according to customers' drawings and with special materials for example Titan, Hastelloy C-276, solid Silicon Carbide and special Carbons. Product development and quality Since founding TARTEK we have charged continuously to develope mechanical seals. In our testing laboratory we are testing mechanical seals in different kind of working conditions to guarantee functional seal solutions.	We are doing co-operations with the manufactures of many different raw materials around the world and that is why we are only useing the best and tested materials. As a guarantee for a high quality serves the Quality System ISO 9002. Seals' maintenance and repairing Our maintenance service offers a fast and low-cost maintenance and repairing. In repairing cases the maintenance costs are a fraction of a new seal's price. Because of our long experience of repairing mechanical seals we are able to maintenance and repair ALL seals which are in the market.
